1. What Unburdened Mind is

Unburdened Mind is a personal growth tool that uses AI-guided conversational coaching and audio sessions. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Sessions & credits

Sessions are purchased as credits. One credit grants access to one complete session (pre-chat, audio, and integration). Credits do not expire. Once a session is started, you have 24 hours to complete it.

4. Refund policy

If you complete both sessions and do not feel real change after 30 days, contact us for a full refund. The guarantee is lifetime — you can request a refund at any time.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Unburdened Mind is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. If you are in crisis or experiencing severe distress, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
